If you aren't happy with your Project Better purchase we offer a full refund within 100 days of placing your order.
IMPORTANT - If you request a refund after 100 days unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
PROCESS - To request a refund please email Team@ProjectBetter.UK clearly stating your order number. You'll receive an email acknowledging your refund request within 2 working days. Proof of purchase is required before refunds are approved.
You'll then need to return your order in full (less any used capsules) to Project Better Limited, 550 Valley Road, Nottingham, NG5 1JJ, United Kingdom.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of being accepted. Please allow a further 3 - 5 working days for funds to clear in your account. Refunds are made to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping and shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned items, so it's advisable to use a tracked or traceable delivery method when returning items to us.
